Through the Connecticut Building Congress (CBC), you have access to information and people vital to your business. CBC is an active organization with representatives from every facet of the industry: architects, engineers, & contractors (AEC); owners; suppliers; attorneys; bankers; accountants; insurers; developers; and consultants. Monthly evening programs provide an informal networking atmosphere and feature keynote speakers, sharing insight on industry issues, trends and upcoming projects.
Membership is open to any person, company or organization of good standing and involved in the design, construction, and facilities management industry.
Membership dues are payable upon application or renewal. All new membership applications are reviewed by CBC Staff and approved by the CBC Board.
Individual – $55
For individuals with full-time status as a government employee, retired, or between employment engagements. One person per membership. No firm affiliation, except for government employees.
Institutions / Facility Owners – $300
Firm membership for institutions and organizations that own and/or manage their organization’s capital assets (buildings, land and infrastructure). This membership includes an unlimited number of staff members from the organization.
Small Firm – $500
Company/Firm/Organization membership with 1-9 total employees.*
Medium Firm – $750
Company/Firm/Organization membership with 10-25 total employees.*
Large Firm $990
Company/Firm/Organization membership with 26 or more total employees.*
* Number of employees residing in and/or actively serving Connecticut.
Membership is open to any person, company or organization of good standing and involved in the design, construction, and facilities management industry.
Membership dues are payable upon application and are refundable, minus a $50 processing fee, if membership is not approved by the board. All membership levels are entitled to one vote, regardless of size.
