Senior Living
First Place
Bradley Home Renovations | Meriden, CT
Established in 1938, The Bradley Home & Pavilion is a senior living community with a 65-bed Residential Home and 30-bed Skilled Nursing Pavilion in Meriden.
A local legacy located in LaRosa’s hometown, the Home needed a cosmetic update and physical renovation of the units, providing private showers instead of communal ones. While an occupied senior-facility renovation is always challenging, the pandemic restricted access, creating major unforeseen renovations that exponentially increased the budget and schedule. Through extraordinary collaborative efforts between the creative architects, dedicated LaRosa team, talented subs, and supportive CEO/Board, the updated Home can now offer supportive independence and privacy.
