The landscape of the healthcare industry is changing rapidly and so is the response of the design and construction industry.  The 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act provides $11 billion to fund the construction and renovation of community health centers and $2 billion to encourage healthcare training in the U.S. The panel will explore the predicted growth, challenges and special requirements of these facilities and how the design and construction community in Connecticut can be a part of expanding this essential network of heath care providers.
