Work in the Public Sector: UConn Health Center

The State of Connecticut is investing $864 million dollars at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington.  Hear what these plans are and what opportunities the expansion provides to the design and construction industry, as well as for the Town of Farmington regarding infrastructure improvements and the economic development drivers affecting growth locally and regionally. While the focus of this program is on public sector work, private sector spin-off development will also be discussed.

Speakers:
Tom Trutter, University of Connecticut Health Center, Associate Vice President, Facilities Development & Operations

Courtney Hendricson, Town of Farmington, Director of Economic Development
