Where is the funding and what can you expect for the future?

Transportation, energy, money, and consumer demand drive development. Of particular interest in Connecticut right now are the Pearl Harbor Bridge Reconstruction and New Britain/Hartford Busway projects. It is anticipated that these projects will spur station-area development, mixed-use development, and economic development, and with continued innovation, will drive further development. Learn about these and other projects, trends and funding that are helping to lead the way to Connecticut’s economic recovery.
